Community Leaders Step Forward to Support Public Education

As we begin a new fiscal year, Foundation 65 is excited to welcome five new members to our Board of Directors: Kerri-Simone Adedeji, Anthony Giangrossi,  Sonia Kinra, Isabel Machado, and Ben Van Laan.

Together, these community leaders bring expertise in fundraising, communications, finance, law, business, community engagement, and public education advocacy. Their collective experience will help strengthen Foundation 65's ability to support educators and create more equitable opportunities for students across Evanston/Skokie School District 65.

"Kerri-Simone, Anthony, Sonia, Isabel, and Ben each bring unique skills, perspectives, and a deep commitment to our community," said Alecia Wartowski, Executive Director of Foundation 65. "At a time when our schools face significant challenges and opportunities, their leadership will help us continue investing in educators and innovative programs that help students thrive."
