The Foundation's work is only possible through generous donations. The largest source of Foundation 65 gifts is individuals. Parents of current and former District 65 students, friends of public education, and residents focused on the future of our community support Foundation 65 through their charitable donations. Private foundations, corporations, area businesses, and universities also support programs and projects initiated by the Foundation. Together, we can make District 65 students' educational experiences more innovative and enriching.
Contributions to Foundation 65 are not used to compensate for budgetary shortfalls of the district. We are careful to ensure that money collected and distributed by Foundation 65 is used to fund projects that fall outside the scope of usual public school funding. We believe this philosophy ensures that we manage our donations responsibly and disburse funds wisely.
